Copart are looking for an experienced Senior Brand and Campaign Designer to join our in house Creative team and help shape how our family of brands look, feel and evolve. This is a full time position based at our head office in Wootton, MK43 9EJ.
Working closely with the Head of Creative, you’ll develop creative concepts and visual direction across our portfolio of brands, bringing ideas to life through integrated campaigns and communications.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for brand and campaigns with the ability to think beyond the brief. You’ll be proactive, ideas-led and confident working directly with stakeholders, asking the right questions, making creative recommendations and bringing solutions to the table.
You’ll be a trusted creative partner to the Head of Creative, with the confidence and leadership skills to bring people together around a creative vision, build enthusiasm for our brands and campaigns, and help maintain momentum and direction across priority projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong creative concepts and visual direction for brand and integrated campaigns.
- Turn briefs and business challenges into compelling creative ideas, rather than simply executing supplied solutions.
- Think 360°, translating campaign ideas across digital, social, email, web, video, advertising, events, print and other touchpoints.
- Help shape and evolve the creative vision for our brands, ensuring each remains distinctive and consistent.
- Inspire and engage teams in brand and campaign thinking, clearly communicating the creative vision and bringing others on the journey.
- Work confidently across multiple brands, audiences and projects.
- Take ownership of creative projects from initial brief and concept development through to delivery and internal review.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenge briefs constructively and recommend creative solutions.
- Present creative concepts confidently and clearly communicate the thinking behind them.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Bring fresh ideas, inspiration and an agency mindset to our in-house Creative team.
- Act as a trusted senior creative partner to the Head of Creative, helping to maintain direction and momentum across priority projects when required.
- Demonstrate leadership through creative vision, collaboration, influence and example, without relying on formal line-management responsibility.
- Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers as the team grows.
- Keep up to date with developments in branding, campaigns, design and emerging creative technology.
About You
You’ll be an experienced designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, creative concepts and integrated campaign work.
You’ll combine excellent design craft with strong conceptual thinking, and be comfortable taking a brief, developing the creative idea and considering how it comes to life across a full campaign.
You’ll also be someone who can inspire and influence others. You’ll communicate your vision clearly, encourage people to contribute and build enthusiasm around ideas, while remaining collaborative and open to different perspectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a senior creative, brand or graphic design role, either agency-side or in-house.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, creative concepts and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent conceptual and visual design skills with a strong eye for brand.
- The creative vision and judgement to develop a clear direction and bring others with you.
- Experience developing ideas across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Experience working across different brands, audiences or propositions.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Strong project management, organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- The confidence to engage and influence stakeholders and colleagues at different levels.
- Ability to challenge constructively, make recommendations and bring solutions.
- Leadership capability, with the ability to guide, motivate and build engagement around creative ideas.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- The judgement to keep priority work moving while recognising when input, review or approval is required.

- Experience developing or evolving brand identities and visual systems.
- Agency experience or experience within a fast-paced in-house creative team.
- Experience with motion, video, Figma or other digital creative tools.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior creatives.
