The Manager, Staffing and Development oversees all aspects of project staffing and related professional development in their respective office. This position plays a role in the development of individuals, the effectiveness of case teams and Cornerstone’s collective ability to provide consistently outstanding quality work and client service. This position works closely with consultants regarding their developmental needs, interests, and objectives.
The Manager, Staffing and Development identifies trends in morale, learning, and hiring needs and collaborates with consulting colleagues, the Talent team, and many corporate areas within the firm on developmental initiatives in a variety of areas.
