About the role
Launch your accounting career with an opportunity unlike any other at COUNTRY Financial. As a member of the new Controllers Rotational Program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple accounting and finance disciplines while building a deep understanding of how a leading insurance organization operates. Over a structured two-year journey, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business initiatives, and develop expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and insurance finance.

This role can expect to perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements in compliance with defined controls, standards, and regulations. You can also expect to compile and analyze financial information, and contribute to meaningful process improvements.
