The Team

The Risk team works inpartnership acrossCovéato support informed decision‑making and positive outcomes. What you can expect in this role

You’llplay a key role inshaping pricing, reserving and capital decisionsby bringing thoughtful challenge,collaborationand a forward-looking view of risk

You’llwork closely withPricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance functions, as well assenior business leaders, helping toprovide expert oversight,reviewand assurance

You’llcontribute tothedevelopment of insurance risk capabilityand knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality,collaborationand continuous improvement

What you might bring

• Experienceworking closelywith actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting,contributing to oversight,reviewand challenge of key business decisions
• Skills in general insurance pricing,reservingand underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them intoclear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams
• An organised, thoughtful way of working
• A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
