Notice of E-Verify Participation: This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
Employers can only use E-Verify once you have accepted a job offer and completed the Form I-9. E-Verify Works for Everyone For more information on E-Verify, or if you believe that your employer has violated its E-Verify responsibilities, please contact DHS. Right to Work Notice: If you have the skills, experience, and legal right to work, your citizenship or immigration status shouldn’t get in the way. Neither should the place you were born or another aspect of your national origin.
A part of U.S. immigration laws protects legally-authorized workers from discrimination based on their citizenship status and national origin. You can read this law at 8 U.S.C. § 1324b. The Immigrant and Employee Rights Section (IER) may be able to help if an employer treats you unfairly in violation of this law. The law that IER enforces is 8 U.S.C. § 1324b. The regulations for this law are at 28 C.F.R. Part 44. Call IER if an employer: Does not hire you or fires you because of your national origin or citizenship status (this may violate a part of the law at 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(1)) Treats you unfairly while checking your right to work in the U.S., including while completing the Form I-9 or using E-Verify (this may violate the law at 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(1) or (a)(6)) Retaliates against you because you are speaking up for your right to work as protected by this law (the law prohibits retaliation at 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(5)) Why this role matters AI is changing how large organizations operate, and most of our clients are still working out what that means for them.
They know the potential is real. What they need is a partner who can connect that potential to their business, prove it quickly, and then make it work at scale. Forward Deployed Engineers are central to how we do that. You'll be on the front line of our clients' AI transformation, helping them move from interest and experimentation to AI agents that change how their people work. The work you do shapes what clients believe is possible, which initiatives they invest in, and how successfully those initiatives land.
For Cprime, this role is also a driver of growth. The trust you build and the results you show are what open the door to larger, longer-term transformation programs. About the role You'll work where a client's business problem becomes a working AI solution. That spans the full client journey: understanding what the business needs, showing what's possible, and delivering solutions that get used. Some of your work will support new business.
You'll help prospective clients see the value of agentic AI through fast, focused proofs of value, and your contribution to winning new engagements is a core part of how success in this role is measured. The rest of your work will be billable delivery, where you'll build and deploy solutions as part of a client implementation team. The platforms and systems vary by client, so adaptability matters more than deep expertise in any one tool.
You'll start alongside senior team members and take on more ownership as you grow. Above all, this role is about communication. The best technical build doesn't matter if you can't connect it to the problem the client actually has and explain it in terms they care about. What you'll do: Understand the business Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand how they operate and where AI can make the biggest difference Translate business challenges into practical technical approaches, and explain the tradeoffs in plain language Help clients prioritize the opportunities that will deliver value soonest Help win new work Quickly build proofs of value that show clients what's possible in their own environment Present and demo solutions to audiences ranging from technical teams to executives Contribute technical input to proposals, solution designs, and estimates Help clients see a clear path from an early win to broader adoption Deliver for clients Design, build, and integrate AI agents and automations with the systems clients already use Take solutions from build through testing, deployment, and early adoption Partner with client teams so they can own and extend what we build Grow the practice Turn what you learn into reusable approaches that make future work faster Share lessons from the field with the team, including what didn't work What you bring: Treat this as a description of who we expect you to grow into, not a checklist.
If you meet most of it, apply. Roughly one to three years in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related field. Internships, bootcamps, and personal projects count Comfortable writing code and working with APIs and integrations Hands-on experience building something with AI, at work or on your own Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Genuine curiosity about how businesses run, and the ability to connect business problems to technical solutions Confidence in client-facing settings, including presenting and asking the hard questions Able to move quickly and handle ambiguity without losing quality Interest in the commercial side of consulting and how great work leads to new opportunities Bonus points, none required: Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Moveworks Background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting A project or demo you can walk us through How we will set you up: You'll work alongside experienced team members on your early engagements Paid time and budget for relevant certifications A sandbox environment to learn and experiment Regular team sessions to share what's working across client engagements What good looks like in your first 90 days: You've made meaningful contributions to client engagements, including at least one that supported new business You can build and troubleshoot an integration on your own You've presented to a client and handled their follow-up questions You've helped the team translate a client's business problem into a proposed solution Why this role is worth your time: AI transformation is one of the biggest shifts large organizations will go through, and few people early in their careers get to help lead it.
Here you'll work across many clients, industries, and platforms, and you'll both shape new opportunities and deliver the results. That combination builds real business and technical judgment fast. What We Believe In At Cprime we believe in facilitating social justice action internally, in industry, and within our communities. We believe part of our mission is to expand the minds, hearts, and opportunities of our Cprime teammates and within the broader community to include those who have been historically marginalized.
