Are you a high-energy relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are expanding our selective Maryville team and looking for our next standout producer. This dynamic, high-impact role combines elite talent recruitment, exceptional customer service, and strategic inside sales/business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & Placement: Source, interview, onboard, and assign top talent to open positions. Maintain an exclusive pipeline of local candidates.
- Client Management: Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs, fill job orders quickly, and conduct on-site safety tours.
- Inside Sales & Growth: Make strategic outbound calls and marketing contacts to identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.
- Candidate Experience: Guide job seekers through the hiring process with empathy, professionalism, and consistent communication.
- 2+ Years Experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or fast-paced customer service.
- Strong Communicators who are comfortable making outbound phone calls and multitasking.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset with a positive, service-driven attitude.
- Bonus Skill:Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued, though not required!
