PositionOverview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Multiply Analyst to support the AI Product Owner in driving platform adoption, measuring value delivery, and ensuring operational excellence. You will analyse user and agent performance data, monitor compliance, track business value realisation, coordinate accelerator workshops, and provide first-level support. This role requires someone who can translate data into actionable insights, engage with business stakeholders, and maintain the operational health of the Multiply platform.

Platform Overview

Multiply is CRH's internal Agentic AI platform that enables employees to create and deploy AI agents to solve business problems and drive operational efficiency. The platform supports agent creation, configuration, knowledge base integration, and enterprise-wide deployment. We focus on delivering measurable business value through AI adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement of agent capabilities across the organisation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Analytics & Value Measurement

  • Conduct regular analysis of user behaviour, engagement patterns, and agent usage metrics across the Multiply platform
  • Monitor and report on agent performance data, including adoption rates, frequency of use, and user satisfaction scores
  • Track and measure the value delivered through agent deployment — quantifying time savings, efficiency gains, and business impact
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to visualise platform analytics for stakeholders
  • Conduct ROI analysis and value assessments for deployed agents, gathering user feedback to quantify benefits
  • Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices from usage data
  • Create regular value reports and presentations for senior leadership

Compliance & Governance

  • Monitor user compliance with platform policies, governance frameworks, and acceptable use guidelines
  • Track and report on user access patterns to ensure adherence to security protocols and role-based access controls
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance issues, policy violations, or security concerns
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance reporting purposes
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of user access management protocols

Accelerator Programme Coordination

  • Coordinate and organise Multiply accelerator workshops and events, managing logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications
  • Track workshop attendance, participation levels, and engagement metrics
  • Monitor and report on the status of agent ideas generated through accelerator events — from concept through to deployment
  • Create engagement dashboards to visualise workshop outcomes and the agent development pipeline
  • Gather and analyse feedback from accelerator events to improve future sessions and identify engagement trends
  • Maintain a repository of agent ideas and track their progression through development stages
  • Identify and engage power users and champions to support broader platform adoption

User Support & Service Management

  • Provide first-level support for Multiply platform queries and user issues
  • Manage and triage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation to technical teams
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and FAQs
  • Track support metrics including response times, resolution rates, and user satisfaction
  • Coordinate with technical teams for complex issue resolution and communicate status to users

Requirements

Experience & Core Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar)
  • Track record of supporting technology platforms, digital transformation initiatives, or user adoption programmes
  • Experience coordinating events, workshops, or training sessions with measurable engagement outcomes
  • Background in user support, service desk, or customer service environments with ticketing system experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills — ability to create clear reports and present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of user analytics, engagement metrics, and KPI development
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management platforms
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance principles, and audit trail management
  • Competency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Understanding of reporting frameworks and dashboard design principles

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised with strong project coordination and time management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service

  • Curious and eager to learn about AI technologies and their organisational impact
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
