  • Plan and execute domestic and international shipments, coordinating air, road and ocean transportation as required.
  • Follow up with 3PLs on required documentation, information or questions to ensure smooth execution of planned inventory moves.
  • Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, disruptions and inventory imbalances, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements (including EU customs procedures) and applicable quality standards, such as GDP where relevant.
  • Support the negotiation and evaluation of transportation rates and service agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Finance, Technical Support, Sales and other internal teams to meet business needs.
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support global logistics operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of global logistics or supply chain experience.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
  • Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems and inventory management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to organise data and responsibilities and prioritise by importance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with varied internal and external customers and respond to changing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • A self-starter who drives results with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch or another European language is an advantage.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands.
