Description
CSC Leasing is a $1.5 billion equipment financing company purpose-built for the innovation economy. We partner with venture capital and private equity-backed companies across capital-intensive industries, from advanced manufacturing and life sciences to aerospace and industrial automation, providing the flexible financing solutions that high-growth companies need to scale without diluting their equity.
Unlike traditional lenders who shy away from emerging technologies and pre-profitability businesses, we lean in, underwriting the future by combining deep sector expertise with a venture-informed credit philosophy. Our team operates at the intersection of finance and innovation, evaluating leading-edge technologies and bold business models every single day.
If you thrive on intellectual curiosity, want a front-row seat to the companies reshaping entire industries, and believe that smart capital can be a catalyst for transformational change, CSC is where you belong.
The Role
CSC Leasing is growing, and our accounting function is growing with it. We are building a team that can cover the day-to-day work of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general accounting, while we automate and standardize the processes behind that work.
The Accounting Operations Analyst provides broad support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general accounting, helping ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting. This person will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis, and will serve as backup coverage across the team as priorities require.
This role suits someone who is analytical, organized, and curious about how a full accounting function works, and who wants to build a well-rounded understanding of accounting operations in a growing equipment leasing business.

Process Improvement & Documentation – the ability to spot gaps in workflows and controls, document procedures, and support automation and system enhancements.
Prioritization & Reliability – the ability to manage multiple deadlines across the monthly close cycle and follow through on assigned work without constant direction.
Communication & Collaboration – the ability to explain findings clearly in writing and in conversation, and to work well with colleagues across Accounting and other departments.
