Graduate Sales and Operations Analyst

Vic, Spain In person Full-time

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

At CSE, we’re looking for a curious, analytical and tech-savvy Sales Operations Analyst who wants to make an impact. This is an opportunity to use your data skills, explore the potential of AI and help shape how our sales team works, makes decisions and delivers results.

You don’t need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, practical experience and the initiative to ask questions, solve problems and find better ways of doing things.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Sales, Finance, IT and Operations teams, you’ll turn data into insights that support better commercial decisions.

Your role will include

  • Analyse and uncover insights: Explore sales, pipeline, revenue, margin and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Build reports and dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting that helps our teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
  • Put AI to work: Explore and apply AI tools to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks and improve business processes.
  • Support forecasting: Help analyse sales pipelines, historical performance and forecasting data to improve visibility and accuracy.
  • Improve CRM and data quality: Keep information accurate, investigate inconsistencies and help our teams get more value from their systems.
  • Find smarter ways of working: Identify bottlenecks, duplicated effort and inefficient processes, then recommend practical improvements.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work with stakeholders across Sales and Finance to answer questions, solve problems and turn analysis into action.

What we're looking for

You may be a recent graduate who has gained practical experience through your first role, internship or a junior analyst position. Perhaps you're already working in sales support, reporting, business analysis or a similar role and want to expand your skills.

You'll bring

  • Around 1–2 years of practical experience in analytics, reporting, sales support, business operations or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in building reports, dashboards and performance measures.
  • A genuine curiosity about AI and how it can improve reporting, analytics and everyday business processes.
  • An analytical mindset and the confidence to question data, investigate anomalies and solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for accurate, reliable data.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in continuous improvement.

It would be great if you also have

  • Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP or other business systems.
  • An interest in forecasting, predictive analytics or machine learning.
  • A degree or qualification in business, commerce, data analytics or a related discipline.
  • You don't need to tick every box. If you have a solid foundation, enjoy working with data and are keen to develop your technical and commercial skills, we'd love to hear from you.
  • Why join CSE?
  • This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to understand how a business operates, see how data influences commercial decisions and help improve the way teams work.

You'll have the opportunity to

  • Build in-demand skills in analytics, reporting, AI and business systems.
  • Make a tangible impact by helping improve sales performance, forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work across different business functions and develop your commercial understanding.
  • Take ownership of improvements and see your ideas translate into practical outcomes.
  • Keep learning in a role that encourages curiosity, initiative and smarter ways of working.
  • On top of expanding your skills, a career in CSE Crosscom offers:
  • Attractive renumeration package and benefits
  • Excellent personal development opportunities with training, education, mentorship and upskilling
  • Career growth with a fast-growing company
  • Numerous employee benefits and HR resources
  • Excellent stability and long-term prospects with expansion of clients and services in every state.
  • At CSE we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees can thrive, which are reflected in our values.
