At Cushman & Wakefield, we believe Better Never Settles. That’s why we never settle for the world that’s been built, but relentlessly drive it forward for our clients, colleagues and communities. We push boundaries, think creatively, and strive to exceed expectations in everything we do. Our people are the foundation of our success, and we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give students a real start in commercial real estate. As a Brokerage Research Intern, you’ll work alongside our research and brokerage teams to track market trends, analyze property and leasing data, and build the insights our brokers use to advise clients. By the end of the summer, you’ll have hands-on industry experience, a stronger professional network, and a clear view of where a career at Cushman & Wakefield could take you.
As a Brokerage Research Intern at Cushman & Wakefield, you will:
Research and update tenant, property, and related information in our database. This information supports research analysis and helps our brokerage team pursue new business.
Complete data entry projects in support of the research data integrity program, making sure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Gather market data such as leasing activity, sales transactions, availability, and new construction to support quarterly market reports.
Help prepare charts, tables, maps, and summaries used in client presentations, market reports, and broker pitches.
Monitor local news and industry sources for tenant moves, development activity, and market trends, and share relevant updates with the team.
Meet weekly targets to keep projects on track and deadlines met.
Present a final project summary at the end of the internship, based on an assigned objective tied to the data collection process.
Participate in intern program events, including networking, mentorship, and professional development sessions.
Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Rising junior or senior (3rd or 4th year) college student studying Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Research, Analytics, or a related field
