We are seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Group Product Manager, to lead Business Intelligence reporting for the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN). CSN is the global marketplace that connects event planners with hotels and venues to source and book group business. Within CSN, our Group Pipeline Intel (GPI) product suite helps those hotels and venues understand, optimize, and grow their group business.

It is led by Business Intelligence, the reporting and analytics suppliers use to benchmark against their competitive set, understand demand, and win more group business, along with Planner Navigator, our prospecting tool that helps hotel sales teams find and engage the right planners, and Response Assistant, which enables faster responses to RFPs.

This role is for a data driven product manager who knows the hotel business, has shipped AI features, and has experience with reporting. You’ll own the Business Intelligence roadmap end to end and lead a dedicated development team: talking to hoteliers, defining what gets built and why, ensuring AI is a core pillar, and proving that it moves the numbers that matter. Level will be determined by experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own and drive end-to-end execution across a dedicated development team for our hotel intelligence products, with a significant focus on AI-powered Business Intelligence reporting.
  • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery cadence.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by gathering insights through interviews, support data, and usage analytics, translating findings into clear, actionable product decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term product health.
  • Define and communicate clear problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful go-to-market launches, ensuring teams are enabled and customer-facing messaging reflects product reality.
  • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, proactively flagging risks and aligning with partner teams to keep delivery on track.
  • Own product-level performance reporting, tracking key metrics, feature adoption, and outcomes, using data to inform iteration, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to the broader Cvent Supplier Network portfolio strategy in collaboration with the Group Product Manager.
  • Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Design, and QA to drive high-quality, on-time releases.
  • Use AI fluently in your day-to-day PM work (research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and communication) and help define best practices for the team.
