Senior Analyst, FP&A & Asset Management, Europe

Location: European Headquarters - London

The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis and asset-level performance reporting across CyrusOne’s growing European platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis and financial commentary.
• Assist with revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, cash flow and headcount forecasting.
• Support departmental cost reviews and business partnering.
• Maintain asset-level financial models, forecasts and performance reporting.
• Analyse asset performance, capital expenditure and investment returns.
• Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management.
• Improve and automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
• Work with European and US Finance teams to share best practice.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and support wider Finance priorities.

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Two to four years’ relevant FP&A experience.
• Qualified Accountant with at least one year’s post-qualification experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and good PowerPoint capability.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Real estate, infrastructure or data centre experience would be advantageous.
