DACB's Health Care and Public Law Team provides legal advice and training to a wide range of organisations operating in the health and social care sectors, including NHS Trusts, independent sector providers, defence organisations, charities, commissioners and investors. The team is highly rated in Legal 500 and Chambers, recognised for its breadth of first-class specialist expertise and collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
We currently have an opportunity for a solicitor to join our team to undertake health regulatory and advisory work. There will be opportunities to support clients on matters such as inquests and inquiries, regulatory investigations, professional regulatory, mental health/mental capacity, and wider advisory matters affecting health and social care organisations. We are looking for a candidate with a particular interest in developing their expertise in inquests and professional regulatory matters.
The Health, Care and Public Law Team plays an important role in DACB's broader Health and Social Care practice, which is widely recognised as the leading strategic, commercial and regulatory legal adviser to the health and social care sector in the UK.
