Our Commercial Disputes team in London is recognised for handling a broad range of high-stakes work, giving associates the autonomy and variety of experience they need to develop as lawyers. Our Commercial Disputes practice covers litigation, arbitration and contentious regulatory work, and given matters may require all of this expertise. Our work includes contractual disputes, fraud and conspiracy claims, shareholder disputes, transactional liability, professional negligence, financial services disputes, investigations, professional discipline work and technology disputes (including particular expertise in crypto).
Many of these matters have an international dimension, and we have a well-regarded international arbitration practice within our wider commercial disputes team. Candidates would be encouraged to work across all of the team's specialisms, and with different partners.
