We are seeking a Delegated Authority Business Analyst to support the implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success of customers using our delegated authority application. This role will act as a key interface between customers and our product and technology teams, working directly with insurers, MGAs, MGUs, coverholders, and other delegated authority stakeholders to understand their business processes, translate requirements into application configurations, and ensure successful customer onboarding.
The successful candidate will combine a strong understanding of delegated authority insurance processes with excellent business analysis, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills. They will take ownership of customer requirements from discovery through configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to ongoing support.
