The role of the Operational Resilience Analyst is to support the effective design, maintenance and operation of Business Resilience, Business Continuity and Third-Party Risk Management activities across Asta and its clients. The role contributes to strengthening organisational resilience by assisting in data collection, analysis, documentation, reporting, and coordination of activities across internal teams and external partners.
The role focuses on supporting resilience processes, helping monitor third‑party risks, maintaining governance records, and contributing to scenario testing preparations. The postholder works closely with senior team members to ensure regulatory expectations are met and that operational risks are accurately tracked, documented, and escalated where appropriate.
