- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with US GAAP and internal control standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex or non-routine accounting issues, distilling trends from objective/subjective data sources and recommending solutions to roadblocks across workstreams
- Financial Analysis, Reporting & Cross-Functional Business Partnering
- Prepare and analyze complex entity-level and consolidated financial statements, management dashboards, and customized executive reporting packages.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with strategic initiative leadership, presenting financial results and accounting implications clearly.

Team Mentorship, Training & Project Leadership
- Serve as a functional resource and mentor to team members by providing guidance, supporting onboarding, sharing best practices, and fostering continuous learning across the team.

Systems & Automation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and MS Office Suite.
