This role is ideally based in Denver, with in-office expectations of three days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs); remote candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of people insights and analytics projects, from intake, scoping, and requirements gathering through analysis, delivery, and post-implementation review.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resource schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and status dashboards for multiple concurrent analytics workstreams.
  • Manage project scope, proactively identify interdependencies, track bottlenecks, and resolve blockers across cross-functional teams.

  • Translate business and talent questions into structured analytical requirements and actionable project milestones.
  • Lead project kickoffs, working sessions, design reviews, and steering committee meetings with senior leadership.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure analytics deliverables directly address business needs and drive data-informed decision-making.

Analytics Delivery & Data Governance

  • Coordinate with analytics specialists and data engineers to oversee the development of dashboards, predictive models, and recurring reporting solutions.
  • Monitor project deliverables for data integrity, analytical rigor, and alignment with enterprise data standards across platforms (e.g., Workday, Visier, Anaplan, SQL/BI tools).
  • Drive user adoption, training, and change management efforts for newly launched people analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and stakeholder feedback to refine reporting processes and analytics workflows.

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Synthesize project status, analytical milestones, and key findings into clear, concise executive updates and presentations.
  • Prioritize communications with a bias toward action, ensuring stakeholders understand timelines, deliverables, and recommended next steps.
  • Manage project documentation, repositories, governance guidelines, and reporting roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in project management, program management, or analytics consulting, with a focus on data, BI, or HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects through ambiguous business environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, tight deadlines, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting project updates and analytical outcomes to leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and productivity tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster / CSM).
