Channel Manager Renewals (m/f/d)

As a Channel Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing partner subscription renewals to drive retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with channel partners, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless renewal process while identifying expansion opportunities within existing partnerships. Own and manage the renewal pipeline for all partner-led subscriptions Work with partners to drive early renewals and minimize churn risk Work closely with Partner Account Managers to align renewal strategies with broader partner goals Proactively engage partners to discuss renewal timelines, pricing, and upsell opportunities Analyze renewal trends to forecast revenue and identify risks Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within partner accounts Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and incentives to ensure win-win partnerships Improve the renewal workflow , including automated reminders and follow-ups Track and report key renewal metrics such as retention rates, upsell revenue, and churn 3-5+ years of experience in channel management , SaaS renewals, or channel sales Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and partner ecosystems Experience with CRM tools for tracking renewals Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment You communicate fluently in English (mandatory) German/French/Italian is a plus Flexible Working Hours & Locations: Whether working from home or our modern office in Munich, you can design your workspace flexibly Workation: Enjoy a change of scenery with the opportunity to work up to 6 weeks per year from a European destination Career & Development Opportunities: We support your professional and personal growth through regular training, workshops, and access to online learning platforms Innovative Work Environment: Work in an open-minded, young team with a great culture and short decision-making paths Social Events & Team Spirit : Experience after-work events, gaming nights, or BBQs – because work should be fun!
