Adsquare Technology/Software

Chief Revenue Officer (m/f/d)

London, United Kingdom In person Full-time

Adsquare's mission is centered on: Passion: Solving complex challenges with exceptional people, technology, and data. Niche: Specializing in Real-World Intelligence that drives Outcomes. Our work is guided by our core values, and we look for candidates who embody them: Drive: Turning ambition into action that brings valuable outcomes. Resilience: Adapting, persevering, and growing stronger through challenges. No BS: Upholding honesty, transparency, and clear communication.

Humble: Valuing modesty and letting results speak for themselves. Moral Compass: Acting with fairness, integrity, and respect. Revenue at Adsquare is being brought together under one leader for the first time. Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Platform Partnerships and GTM Enablement will operate as one revenue engine, serving media agencies, holding companies and brand advertisers across Europe and the US, and working with the world's leading programmatic platforms.

You'll lead the heads of these five functions, sit on the Leadership Team, and work closely with Product, Data & Technology, and Finance. Own the number, and build the engine that delivers it. You'll be accountable for Adsquare's global revenue: winning the right brands and agencies, keeping and growing them, and turning our platform relationships into strategic partnerships. You'll make revenue predictable, quarter after quarter.

This role builds an integrated revenue function out of five strong teams, not one inherited finished. 10+ years in commercial roles in adtech, martech or the wider data ecosystem, including 5+ years leading multi-function revenue teams (at minimum Sales and Client Success) at comparable or larger scale. A track record of owning and delivering a company-level revenue number and forecasting it accurately, not just beating a personal quota.

Credibility at the top of agency holding companies and global advertisers. You can personally lead JBPs, multi-year commitments and complex negotiations. Deep familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs/SSPs, data partnerships and platform go-to-market. Commercial strategy and pricing experience in a data or SaaS business, and comfortable making resource-allocation calls with incomplete information. A data-driven operator: you live in the CRM and the numbers, and you build processes that outlast you.

Direct, low-ego, high-integrity. Fits how we work: Drive, Resilience, No BS, Humility, Moral Compass. Own Adsquare's global revenue number and one consolidated forecast the business can plan around, built from new-logo, retention and platform revenue. Define and execute the commercial strategy: market and segment priorities, pricing and packaging, channel mix, and resource allocation across all revenue functions. Drive new-logo growth and enterprise deals with media agencies (including their investment and product teams), the major holding companies and global advertisers.

Own retention and expansion across the full client lifecycle, with Net Revenue Retention as a headline number. Grow revenue and strategic depth with the leading DSPs and programmatic platforms. Translate client needs into product requirements, working closely with our Product team. Run five functions as one engine: shared definitions, clear handoffs and ownership, one source of truth, strong revenue operations, and launches the market actually adopts.

Lead, coach and hold accountable the heads of Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Platform Partnerships and GTM Enablement. Every seat has a clear number.
