Head of Marketing (all genders) in Berlin / Hamburg

As the Head of Marketing you will work closely with the management and lead a team of more than 10 permanent employees excluding working students. You will be responsible for the DCI's strategic marketing, cost forecasting and resource planning As a marketing all-rounder, you manage the topics of brand & content marketing, performance marketing, and offline marketing in a targeted manner and keep an eye on our various target groups with the help of the development of personas As Head of, you will lead, coach and develop our highly dynamic marketing team, and continue to build the structures within the team With your ideas, you will make the DCI the best-known and leading educational institute in the tech sector in Germany and ensure strong growth Based on your marketing strategy, we can successfully launch a variety of new course offerings every year and thus expand our product portfolio You identify scalable channels worthy of investment and further develop our CRM You manage the analytics behind all channels and campaigns You have at least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a startup company As a marketing all-rounder, you have extensive experience in brand & content marketing, performance marketing, especially social media, SEA and display, and offline marketing You have several years of experience in managing and leading your own cross-functional team You have a hands-on mentality and an innovative mindset, and you're not afraid to take risks You have strong analytical skills and are a strategic thinker, data-driven and results-oriented You know how to work well in a fast-growing company, ideally in the education sector You speak fluent German and English We offer you 29 days of holiday and the possibility of workation within Europe.
