With our AI-powered flexOn platform, we help industrial electricity consumers actively increase flexibility, using power precisely when it’s greenest and most cost-effective. Our goal is to accelerate the decarbonization of the energy system while significantly lowering energy costs for our customers. As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you will own the product area that brings optimization and intelligent steering to the plants of our industrial customers.

You’ll work at the core of our platform, building a product that turns industrial flexibility into measurable savings and unlocks a critical lever for the energy transition. Own end-to-end product discovery and delivery for a cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, and data science Identify user needs, market opportunities, and product potential , and translate them into product initiatives with measurable impact Define and drive an outcome-oriented product roadmap and play a key role in shaping product strategy for one of our core domains Collaborate closely with the product team and internal stakeholders such as Technical Customer Success to build scalable solutions that unlock and operationalize industrial energy flexibility 4+ years of experience in product management , ideally building or scaling digital products in complex environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to align cross-functional teams A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn strategy into concrete product solutions Fluent in German and English Experience in the energy sector and a solid understanding of energy systems Bonus : experience with industrial processes or hardware-related products AI Meets Industry: The Next Big Thing Real Impact: From day one, you’ll make a tangible contribution to the fight against climate change Entrepreneurial Freedom: Flat hierarchies, maximum responsibility, and creative freedom.
