Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and a passion for accounting and finance. Managing day-to-day financial accounting activities Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices Processing payments and monitoring outstanding receivables and payables Reconciling and maintaining general ledger accounts Supporting monthly and annual financial closing procedures Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns Communicating with tax advisors, customers, and suppliers Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable accounting requirements in Italy Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred Knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with accounting or ERP systems, Odoo knowledge is an advantage Strong analytical skills and attention to detail A structured, proactive, and independent approach to work Good communication and organizational skills Italian language proficiency; English skills are an advantage Long-term prospects within a financially sound, internationally positioned and continuously growing family-run business.
