Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern who helps us growing our customer base and scaling our outbound sales engine. As the first point of contact for potential B2B mid-market customers, you’ll identify pain points, generate leads, and convert interest into opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with our Head of Sales and CEO in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of outreach, discovery, and relationship-building in the early stages of our sales funnel.

Identifying, approaching and qualifying leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and events for deep-dive meetings Clearly articulating our added value and sparking interest among different stakeholders - from service employee to CEO Collaborating closely with our CEO and Head of Sales on sales initiatives and strategies Creating and experimenting with new inbound and outbound lead generation measures Conducting in-depth market research to identify target accounts Creating and refining sales materials, pitches and scripts You thrive on talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities You present and communicate clearly and confidently, especially with C-level executives in the manufacturing industry You’re ambitious, resilient and willing to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a higher intensity than a corporate job You work well in a team while also taking ownership when something needs to be driven forward You want to work in-person in our Munich office with 1 day/week remote possible You are fluent in German + English €2,5k - €4k per month A very high chance to secure a full-time offer A progressive, ambitious and empowering team that sees their work as more than “just another job” Employee benefits such as the Deutschlandticket and Wellpass An amazing and well equipped office next to Olympiapark, best-in-class hardware (MacBooks, etc.) and access to any tool you need
