GTM AI Operations Lead (f/m/d)

Vienna, Austria +1 In person Full-time

As Go-To-Market (GTM) AI Operations Lead in our Commercial organisation (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success), you bring AI into how these teams work, from the roadmap and the tools to their daily use in the field. This is a full-time role, working on site from our office in Vienna or Wiener Neudorf. Commercial AI Roadmap: Build and own the AI roadmap for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Turn the ideas from our commercial teams into one prioritised plan with a clear timeline, business cases and owners.

AI Product Ownership: Act as product owner for our in-house commercial AI tools along the entire funnel – from lead generation and lead qualification to a digital assistant for our field sales team and customer success tools. Define requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria. Sparring Partner for the AI Team: Be the business counterpart to our AI development team. Translate commercial needs into clear specifications, challenge proposed solutions, test releases and make sure what gets built solves real problems in the field.

Interfaces & Data Foundation: Define the interfaces between tools, teams and systems so our AI tools work as one connected chain instead of isolated solutions. Work closely with Commercial Operations to keep Salesforce and our commercial data clean, structured and usable for AI. Rollout & Adoption: Own the rollout until it sticks. Onboard and train sales reps, marketers and customer success managers, collect feedback from the field and iterate.

Shipping is the start, not the finish. KPIs & Impact Tracking: Define KPIs for every tool – adoption, time saved, pipeline and revenue impact – and build the reporting that shows what is (and isn't) working. AI Champion: Be the AI champion for our commercial teams – share best practices, inspire colleagues and enable them to build simpler AI workflows themselves. AI Landscape & Governance: Assess new AI tools and features, recommend what to adopt, pilot or ignore, and make sure our use of AI is secure, compliant and on brand. 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or marketing operations, product management or consulting – ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools: you have built or shipped AI workflows, automations or agents in a business context and know how to make them reliable. A deep understanding of sales, marketing and customer success workflows across the full funnel. Practical experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM). Experience as a product owner or project lead: requirements, prioritisation, roadmaps and working with development teams.

Strong analytical skills: KPI design, dashboards and impact measurement. You do not work without data. Technical affinity and a translator between worlds: you are comfortable with APIs, integrations and data flows. You don't need to be a developer, but you speak their language, and you can talk to field sales reps and software engineers alike and bring both to the same table. Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership and drive results without waiting for permission.

You have an independent, precise, and pragmatic work style. University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication and presence, and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus. Ownership of the commercial AI roadmap and the in-house tools behind it, built with our own AI development team.

Direct impact on how Sales, Marketing and Customer Success work every day, measured in adoption, time saved, pipeline and revenue, not in the number of pilots started. An innovative, performance- and team-oriented work environment where success is celebrated together, even across borders. Creative freedom in a company that is set to grow its revenue significantly in the coming years. A workplace with a true start-up mentality, flat hierarchies, and fast decision-making.

AI is at the core of how we work and how we think about the future of our processes. We're looking for people who are genuinely excited about that - not just comfortable using AI tools but interested in what becomes possible when you build around them. Reliable work-life balance – personally guaranteed by the CEO. The minimum salary for this position is € 3,954 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week).

Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
