Contributing to a wide range of AI and digitalisation initiatives across SHS Working directly with our AI Team to develop and implement practical AI solutions across the organisation Flat hierarchies and direct collaboration with our investment and corporate functions teams The opportunity to implement your own ideas and take responsibility for individual projects Ongoing degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, economics or a related subject Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and digital technologies Initial practical experience with generative AI tools, large language models or workflow automation Programming knowledge, particularly in Python, and experience with APIs or low-code automation tools are an advantage Analytical and structured approach to work High level of initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn Responsible approach to data protection and confidential information Good command of written and spoken German or English Identifying and evaluating potential AI use cases across the organisation Developing and testing AI-based tools, workflows and prototypes Supporting the automation and optimisation of internal processes Assisting with the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows Conducting research on AI technologies, tools and market developments Supporting colleagues in the effective and responsible use of AI applications Monitoring and evaluating the performance and practical impact of implemented solutions We take the time to carefully introduce you to your tasks and provide you with a personal mentor who will help you with questions and challenges.
