PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Instructor Recruiting/Database Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of Ski School instructor correspondence, individual instructor data/statistics, and all documentation and follow up related to Ski School staff and guest injuries.
**Please note this is a part-time position**
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Recruiting Manager with administrative aspects of the onboarding process for new and returning staff
- Assist with employee housing applications and allotments for the Skier Services division
- Maintain past and present instructor personnel files, including updating pay rates and certifications
- Assist with certification reimbursement process and documentation
- Continuously update instructor placement within ski school scheduling systems
- Ensure accurate documentation of all guest injuries that occur during ski school lessons
- Document and work closely with the HR worker’s comp team for all instructor injuries
- Responsible for follow-up communication and schedule adjustments for injured instructors
- Assist the ski school scheduling team with pre-season updates for new and returning instructors
- Provide statistical support for ski school on-snow supervisor teams
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with all Microsoft 365 applications
Minimum of 18 years of age
Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Background in HR systems preferred
Experience in recruiting and hiring preferred
Familiarity with Deer Valley Ski School systems preferred

November to April

PAY RATE
Starting at $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
