About the Role We're seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our enterprise transformation portfolio.
This newly created role will work closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritised, governed effectively, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll also provide oversight of portfolio performance, benefit realisation and strategic delivery planning while leading and developing a Portfolio & Reporting Analyst. Key responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritisation and governance of the enterprise transformation portfolio Drive investment and prioritisation decisions through data-driven analysis and recommendations Establish and enhance portfolio governance, reporting and performance management frameworks Ensure the next six months of strategic initiatives are mobilised and ready for delivery, identifying resource and capacity requirements Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement Drive and embed new ways of working across the Transformation team, playing a key role in shaping how initiatives are delivered and ensuring best practices are adopted.
Contribute to vendor engagement and negotiations, helping secure commercial outcomes, manage supplier relationships and maximise value across key transformation projects About you We're looking for a commercially minded and results-focused leader who can drive meaningful outcomes. You'll be a natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Most importantly, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting, take ownership, and have the initiative to turn strategy into action You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience leading portfolios, programs or large-scale transformation initiatives Experience within a transformation office or enterprise PMO (highly regarded) Strong expertise in portfolio management, prioritisation and investment governance.
Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance insight Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others. Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
