Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reporting and consolidation
• Coordinating and supporting the year-end financial external audits and the preparation of financial statements in according with U.S. GAAP
• Preparation of quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting packages and communication of results with senior leaders
• Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certification such as CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role or equivalent
• Financial statement preparation experience required.
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statements
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as Blackline, Workday, and OneStream a plus
