The Manager, Sales Performance & Development leads sales analytics, partner performance, contracting, and incentive programs that support revenue growth across Delta Vacations' B2B distribution channels. As a strategic partner to Sales leadership, this role uses data-driven insights to optimize partner performance, inform commercial strategies, and drive business results.
Overview & Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics & Insights: Lead agency channel performance analysis, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Commercial Strategy & Partner Performance: Develop and optimize performance frameworks, segmentation strategies, value models, and incentive programs to drive growth, and commercial effectiveness.
Contracts, Commissions & Governance: Manage partner contracts, commission programs, and incentive structures, ensuring effective administration, compliance, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Field Sales, Revenue Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Legal teams to support commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.
People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
DLV Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

SALARY RANGE
$65,462 - $112,744
