The Manager, Enterprise Ops Insights leads the team responsible for understanding operational performance, emerging risks, customer impacts, and opportunities for improvement. This leader serves as a partner to enterprise leaders, shaping how operational performance is measured, interpreted, and communicated to drive continuous improvement and a better customer experience. Success requires the ability to build a high-performing team, understand the breadth of the business, transform data into insights, and synthesize complex information in support of executive-level discussions to drive decisions and action.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and shape executive-level presentations that synthesize complex data and diverse stakeholder inputs into clear storylines, compelling visuals, and actionable insights
- Develop individual contributors with strong critical thinking, analytical, executive presentation, storytelling, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities
- Set a high standard for executive communication across the team, including storyline development, presentation structure, visual storytelling, and synthesis
- Provide thought leadership on the drivers of operational performance, helping leaders distinguish signal from noise and focus on the issues that matter most
- Build organizational capabilities that allow the team to anticipate evolving business needs and increase its impact on enterprise performance

- Executive communications distill complexity into concise, visually compelling narratives that enable effective decisions

- Build organizational capabilities (leveraging AI and emerging technologies) that allow the team to anticipate evolving business needs and increase its impact on enterprise performance
- Serve as a centralized liaison across divisions, developing relationships at all levels and fostering alignment and shared accountability
- Manage large projects as well as day-to-day work of the team, prioritize effectively, and communicate accordingly with stakeholders
