Motion Graphic Designer

Location: India - Haryana - Gurugram - WOCO 1 - Level 8

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, and other brand communication requirements.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Design static creatives, digital banners, social media posts, and other marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall design quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and other design tools is an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and design execution.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• A good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow creatively.

• Previous experience working in a creative or advertising agency.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Understanding of digital campaign requirements and brand communication.
