Lead global account governance and media collaboration as Global Account Director at iProspect, helping Ferrero turn its $1B vision into measurable market impact.

About iProspect

In this time of enormous change, where media is more important than ever before, people are longing for humanity — for real connection, for truth and for what binds us together. Our unique understanding of the intersection of culture, content, data, and technology powers how we build brands out of every moment of connection. For today, and for tomorrow.

Purpose of the Role

Ferrero is iProspect's number one global client. As Global Account Director, you'll connect Ferrero's central stakeholders, dentsu capabilities and more than 50 markets to help deliver Ferrero's $1B vision. You'll turn that ambition into clear priorities, coordinated action and measurable progress, making sure global initiatives create practical value for local markets.

This is a high-profile account where quality and pace matter equally. You'll own day-to-day client governance and the operating rhythm that keeps the global agenda moving, with a particular focus on business-as-usual market projects. You'll build trusted client relationships, mobilise specialist teams and support the Global Client Lead on strategic growth opportunities.

About Ferrero

Ferrero Group is a privately owned chocolate and confectionery company, founded in Alba, Italy, in 1946 and headquartered in Luxembourg. Its brands include Nutella, and its business spans Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

What you'll do

Translate Ferrero's $1B vision into an actionable global account plan and own client governance, with clear workstreams, milestones, owners, decision-making forums and escalation routes across more than 50 markets.

Lead business-as-usual projects across markets, creating clear briefs, coordinating contributors, resolving dependencies and keeping delivery and client communication on track.

Help shape and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Network Connect sessions, workshops and senior client meetings that demonstrate progress, share learning and establish clear next steps.

Build an ongoing market engagement programme that gathers local needs and connects teams. Develop case studies, best-practice resources and learning initiatives that help markets share and scale effective work.

Create strategic content, communications and thought leadership that make the $1B ambition relevant and actionable, including clear propositions and narratives for growth opportunities with the Global Client Lead.

Mobilise dentsu capabilities across media, creative, commerce, retail media, content and creators, data, technology and AI to support integrated solutions for Ferrero.

Build trusted relationships with senior global and local stakeholders, understanding their priorities and providing proactive, transparent and solution-oriented client leadership.

Lead and develop the account team, clarifying responsibilities, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and maintaining high standards of client service.

Manage scope, resources, forecasting and commercial performance with senior account leadership, ensuring the account is well governed and run profitably.

How you'll succeed

  • Turn the global account plan into measurable progress, with clear ownership, timely follow-through and high-quality delivery.
  • Build client confidence through proactive communication, transparent governance and strong relationships, reflected in client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate market value through engagement, adoption of global priorities and evidence of effective work being shared and scaled.
  • Strengthen market capabilities through learning initiatives, using feedback and evidence to improve the programme.
  • Support commercial performance through disciplined scope, resource and forecast management, alongside contributions to strategic growth opportunities.
  • Create clarity and collaboration across the account team, developing colleagues and maintaining consistent client service standards.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills

Several years of relevant experience in global account leadership, media, integrated marketing or a comparable client-facing role, including direct team management and significant experience leading through influence.

Strategic account leadership: the ability to turn an ambitious vision into prioritised plans and sustained execution, alongside trusted relationships with senior clients and commercial acumen across scope, resources, forecasting, profitability and revenue growth.

Strong programme management skills, including governance, workstream design, action tracking, dependency management, risk escalation and disciplined follow-through.

Experience mobilising cross-functional, multi-market teams without relying solely on direct authority. You'll listen to local needs and make global initiatives useful and actionable for markets.

Strong facilitation, storytelling and presentation skills, including experience shaping QBRs, workshops, leadership sessions and strategic content.

A deep understanding of end-to-end media, solid media planning experience and the ability to translate planning principles into high-quality strategic recommendations. You'll understand how creative, commerce, retail media, content and creators, data, technology and AI contribute to client growth.

A curious, proactive and collaborative approach, with sound judgement, resilience and comfort with ambiguity. You'll bring solutions, maintain attention to detail and protect client confidence while delivering high-quality work at speed.

Desirable Skills

Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
