What You'll Do
- Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile
- Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
- Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation
- Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement
- Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send-time optimization, and next-best-action recommendations
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs
- Develop reusable components, dynamic content, and personalized communications
- Support real-time customer engagement using event-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation
- Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences
Skills We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
- Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration
- Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus
- Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
