Cyber Security Operations Analyst

Location: Bangalore

The Cyber Security Operations Analyst will provide hands-on support for security monitoring, alert triage, threat detection, vulnerability management and remaining TAG endpoint responsibilities as part of the dentsu Security Operations capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Security monitoring and alert triage.
• Threat detection and initial investigation activities.
• Vulnerability validation and remediation support.
• Escalation of security incidents to the CSIRT function where formal incident response activity is required.
• Support operational reporting, service improvement and automation opportunities.

• Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a high level of capabilities in research and data collation
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to handle multiple deadlines, and to effectively perform during high pressure or stressful situations.
• Good presentation skills both verbal and written on both technical and non-technical information. With a strong eye for detail
• Very good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers.
• Experience producing security documentation and other technical analysis reports
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Experiences

Demonstrates a good knowledge and understanding of cyber security attack techniques and threats, with a strong technical background.
