The Asset Officer supports the Asset Information Lead by providing support for asset register, data quality, data analysis and data handover activities for road and road related assets across the State. The role also coordinates systems training activities in collaboration with the Asset System Specialist, including user guidance, training materials, user support for system and business processes.
The role will provide
- Support for asset register, data quality, data analysis and data handover activities, including:
- Supporting data quality checks to maintain accurate, complete and reliable asset register information.
- Reviewing, validating and recording asset data, handover information, specifications, standards, technical drawings, plans and related records.
- Supporting asset data analysis by preparing summaries, reports and insights to meet asset information requirements.
Coordination of systems training activities, including
Coordinating systems training schedules, materials, user guidance and related records.
Working with the Asset System Specialist to support system users, respond to training needs and promote consistent system use.
