Establish and evolve development practices, working methods, tools and operating models based on business needs, internal governance, compliance requirements and the desired cost-benefit ratio

Optimize continuous delivery capabilities by promoting automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), as well as efficient delivery coordination
Define and evolve testing and quality assurance strategies by focusing on test automation, the standardization of validation practices, and improving the reliability of releases
Promote the use of the most appropriate coding level, including traditional, low-code, and no-code approaches, to accelerate solution delivery while continuing to meet all quality, security, and governance standards
Leverage data, automation and artificial intelligence to improve delivery cycle performance, team productivity and operational efficiency
