Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and requests and create or review technical solution designs.
- Customize and enhance OpenText Service Manager (SM9) solutions, including software redesign and code optimization.
- Implement OpenText ITSM tool suites and support architecture planning.
- Develop, migrate, and maintain workflows and service management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine business requirements.
- Support Incident and Problem Management activities within the ITSM environment.
- Deploy enhancements and fixes to test and production environments.
- Participate in major release activities, including up to four annual releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with OpenText Service Manager (SM9) development and customization.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.
Language Skills
German: Professional working proficiency for stakeholder communication and Scrum ceremonies.
English: Nice to have

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.
- Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
