As a QA Engineer, you'll be the quality advocate within your team, helping shape testing practices, drive automation efforts, and ensure that reliable software is delivered with confidence. You'll work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and fellow engineers to build quality into every stage of the delivery process.

{ your_responsibilities: [

Own and continuouslyimprove the team'stestingapproach for our iOS and Android apps, becoming the go-to person for testingtopics in an agile environment.

Ensuretestreadinessacrossinfrastructure, devices, simulators/emulators, environments, and testdata to enable smooth and reliable execution.

Design, implement, and expandautomatedtestcoverage for our mobile apps, including UI, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as the underlying API integrations.

Collaboratecloselywithdevelopers and productstakeholders to identifyrisks, clarifyrequirements, and preventdefectsearly in the developmentlifecycle.

Analyze testfailures and defects, support root-causeanalysis, and identifyrecurringqualityissues and opportunities for continuousimprovement.

Share regulartestinginsights, results, and qualitymetricswithstakeholders, supportinginformed release decisions.

Contribute to ContinuousTesting and ContinuousDeliverypractices, helping the teamimprovequalitywhilemaintainingdeliveryspeed.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

Experience in softwarequalityassurance and testautomation for mobileapplications, with a strong understanding of softwaretestingprinciples, test design techniques, and risk-basedtesting.

Hands-on experiencewith native mobile testautomationframeworks such as XCUITest and/or Espresso, including different testinglevels and approaches such as UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Programmingexperiencewith Swift, Kotlin, orcomparabletechnologies, with an interest in continuouslyimprovingtestingpractices and automationcoverage.

Familiaritywithtesting on real devices and simulators/emulators, API validation and mocking, testenvironments, and testdatamanagement.

Experience withoneormore of the followingis a plus: XCUITest, Espresso, devicefarms, mobile CI/CD pipelines, Jira Xray, GitLab.

A collaborative and proactiveapproach to problem-solving, with the ability to communicateeffectively in cross-functionalenvironments.

Fluency in English.
