You shape the product overview and entry points to product details on the web and in the app so customers can easily find relevant offers, learn more about them and take the next steps directly.
Youprioritizerequirementstransparently and based on theirexpectedimpact, translatingthemintocleartasks for yourfull-stackteam.
You guide productideasfromdiscoverythroughimplementation, workingcloselywith Engineering, Design and Research.
Togetherwith the CRM team, youfurtherdeveloppersonalized, cross-channelcommunicationsthatreachcustomers in waysthatare relevant to theirsituation.
Youcoordinatewith Sales and Communications, clarifygoals and requirements, and keepstakeholdersinformed.
Youmeasure the impact of productenhancementsusing relevant metrics, customerfeedback and research, and useyourfindings to drivefurtherimprovements.

You have practical experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management, ideally in banking or another regulated environment.
Youarefamiliarwithworking in agile, cross-functionalteams and canstructure and prioritizerequirementsclearly.
Youconsistentlyputcustomersfirst and knowhow to balancetheirneedswith the company’sgoals.
Youhaveexperiencewith digital frontends and canconfidentlydiscusssolutions and dependencieswith frontend and backend developers.
Youworkconsistentlywithhypotheses and data. Using web analytics and othersuitablemethods, youmeasure and assessproductperformance and deriveongoingimprovements.
YouhaveverygoodGerman (B2+) and good English skills. Youcommunicateclearly, facilitatediscussionsinvolving different perspectives, and workreliablywithstakeholders and closelywithadjacentteams.
