Inside the Role
The Asset Backed Securities (ABS) Transaction & Reporting Specialist supports the ongoing management, reporting, and administration of Daimler Truck Financial Services' securitization platform. This role is responsible for preparing monthly investor reporting, monitoring transaction performance, supporting ABS issuances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual reporting requirements.
The position works closely with Treasury, Accounting, Risk Management, external auditors, trustees, and rating agencies to support the lifecycle of asset-backed securities transactions. Responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring daily cash flows, preparing ABS reporting packages, supporting Reg AB audits, and assisting with new securitization transactions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role provides direct exposure to capital markets, securitization transactions, and investor reporting. This person must also be comfortable with reporting out findings and making suggestions.
