Objective of the position
Provide operational support to the Central Purchasing Operations (CPO) and TT/GN organizations by leveraging business intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and process excellence. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines while identifying the most competitive and value-added options for the company. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, identifying process and system gaps, and implementing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Drive automation opportunities through AI, Power Platform, and other digital technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
Experience working with international teams AND cross-functional teams is preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc)
Data Analysis, dashboard deveploment, process automation and business intelligence.
Minimun one (1) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes.
English level:B2+
