Inside the Role
Process Quality Analyst – Non-PO Operations & Controls plays a key role in Finance, combining data analysis, process quality review, and subject matter expertise to strengthen and continuously improve the company’s travel and expense, corporate card, non-purchase order (non-PO) invoice, and payment control environment. This role analyzes operational trends, policy exceptions, audit findings, payment issues, and process performance to identify root causes, translate insights into meaningful improvements, and support accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations.
As a functional process and quality owner, this position provides expertise and guidance across Finance, Travel, Shared Services, external vendors, and business partners. The role has the opportunity to influence how these processes operate across the organization, driving greater consistency, transparency, KPI visibility, effective controls, and continuous improvement across non-PO purchasing and travel and expense operations.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 – $121,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
