Location: GBR - ANY CITY
DXC is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Client Success Manager to join our Consulting & Engineering Services business, working with key clients across NHS England, NHS Trusts and the wider UK Healthcare sector, while helping us develop new relationships within Life Sciences and Pharma.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong Healthcare background who has already built experience in client success, account management, consulting, business development or technology services and is now ready to take on greater responsibility and progress their career.
You’ll work closely with established Healthcare clients, building trusted relationships, understanding their priorities and identifying opportunities where DXC can help solve real business, digital and technology challenges.
Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to help us grow our presence across Life Sciences and Pharma, developing new relationships and opening new opportunities for our Consulting & Engineering Services business.
We’re looking for potential as well as experience. You don’t need to have done this exact role before, but you will need a strong understanding of the Healthcare sector, commercial curiosity, confidence with clients and the ambition to develop.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong, trusted relationships across NHS England, NHS Trusts and the wider Healthcare ecosystem.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients, their priorities and the challenges they are looking to solve.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships.
- Help develop new client relationships and opportunities across Life Sciences and Pharma.
- Take a consulting-led approach, starting with the client challenge and shaping solutions around their needs.
- Work closely with consulting, engineering, solution and delivery teams to bring the right DXC capabilities to each opportunity.
- Develop account plans and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Support commercial conversations, deal strategy, forecasting and account governance.
- Connect clients with expertise from across DXC to help address complex transformation challenges.
- Take on increasing client and commercial responsibility as you develop in the role.
- What could you be taking to our clients?
- You’ll work alongside specialists from across DXC and gain exposure to a broad range of Consulting & Engineering Services capabilities, including:
- ServiceNow, Oracle and Boomi
- Application Development and Modernisation
DevSecOps
Dynatrace and Performance Engineering
Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics and AI
Digital Engineering
Consulting and Transformation Services
Could this be your next step?
You might currently be working as a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Client Manager, Business Development Manager or Consultant within Healthcare and be looking for a role that gives you greater exposure, more responsibility and the opportunity to progress.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience working within the UK Healthcare sector, with a good understanding of the NHS and its priorities.
- Experience within IT Services, Consulting, Digital Transformation or a related technology environment.
- A natural ability to build strong, credible and lasting client relationships.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to develop and grow client accounts.
- Exposure to technology, consulting or digital transformation services.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
- The curiosity to understand the challenges a client is facing and work collaboratively to identify the right solution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different teams and capabilities together around a client need.
- Drive, resilience and a genuine ambition to develop your career.
- Experience within Life Sciences or Pharma would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. What is essential is a strong Healthcare background combined with the relationship skills, commercial potential and ambition to grow into broader client responsibility.
- Why DXC?
- This role is about where you can go next, not simply what you’ve already done.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with important Healthcare clients, gain exposure to significant transformation opportunities and play a role in developing our presence across Life Sciences and Pharma.
- You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues across consulting, engineering, technology and delivery, giving you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge, strengthen your commercial capability and continue developing your client leadership skills.
- And as you grow, so can your responsibility.
- For someone who is ambitious, driven and keen to progress, this is an opportunity to build towards larger client relationships, broader commercial responsibility and future leadership opportunities within DXC.
- If you have a strong Healthcare background and you’re ready to step up, challenge yourself and build the next stage of your career with DXC, we’d love to hear from you.
