About the Role

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join the SAP HR team, delivering support and maintenance services to a DXC client. This role is central to ensuring the stability and continuity of business-critical SAP systems, with a particular focus on the SAP SuccessFactors solution integrated with an SAP ECC system, including the SAP HCM module.

On a day-to-day basis, you will proactively monitor and support these systems, applying your functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to resolve issues and implement improvements. You will work within a multinational SAP support team, handling incident and change management activities while contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the service delivered to the client.

This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in the PMGM and Learning modules of SAP SuccessFactors while collaborating with a diverse, global team and expanding your knowledge across other SAP SF solutions and modules.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor and support business-critical SAP systems, with emphasis on the SAP SuccessFactors solution linked to SAP ECC/SAP HCM
• Apply functional knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors to day-to-day support activities
• Analyze user-raised support tickets and provide solutions, workarounds, and fixes through Incident Management
• Assess, design, and implement user-requested changes through Change Management
• Handle additional tasks within the scope of the SAP support service provided to the client
• Collaborate with multinational SAP support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to large clients
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills across other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and modules

Basic Qualifications

• Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Focus on/expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Learning modules
• Experience working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s)
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work as a team player with flexibility and adaptability
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability

Other Qualifications

Willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
