Summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Trainer with 8 years of relevant professional experience in the cleared IT government contracting space to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Technical Trainer will be designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions that enable users to effectively adopt and utilize modern IT systems, applications, and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult learning methodologies, eLearning development, and technical communications to create engaging training programs that support organizational objectives. This position also provides technical mentorship, drives process improvements, promotes standardization, and helps advance secure technology adoption across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience

Required Skills

• Experience developing instructor-led and web-based training solutions.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, effective training content.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, or software development environments.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing multimedia content, simulations, and interactive digital learning assets.
• Relevant certifications such as ATD, CPTD, CompTIA CTT+, Certified Instructional Designer, or similar.
• Experience supporting government, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments.

• Container orchestration and distributed systems management (Kubernetes)
• Locally hosted GPU servers and hyperconverged nodes

Multitenant CrossDomain Solutions (CDS)

Application Development & Integration

• UI, backend, and middleware engineering (TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, LanceDB, lance graph, PostgreSQL, Temporal.io, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI / GenAI services
• Use of modern programming languages and frameworks
