You will use low-code/no-code platforms, prompt engineering, and scripting to build applications and reporting tools, with responsibility for testing, documentation, and ongoing support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Turn business requirements and customer use cases into working applications and workflows, with the data structures, reports, and visualizations needed to support them.
  • Build low-code/no-code applications through platform configuration and prompt engineering, including screens, forms, workflows, business rules, permissions, and AI-enabled features.
  • Apply usability practices and relevant Section 508 accessibility requirements to screens and visualizations.

  • Configure straightforward data connections and exchanges using available connectors, APIs, or scripts. Identify integration complexity or security concerns requiring specialist support.
  • Create and refine reusable AI projects, assistants, or agents using approved tools. Verify AI-generated work against requirements and source evidence.
  • Develop and execute unit, application, and regression tests to verify application behavior, calculations, and data exchanges. Document defects and verify corrections.
  • Support customer acceptance testing to confirm that applications meet agreed requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production applications, diagnose and resolve defects, and verify corrections through testing.
  • Maintain documentation of application configuration, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Participate in Agile planning, demonstrations, and peer reviews.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting growth and proposal efforts, as well as expanding business within your assigned portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of relevant solution-development experience, including hands-on application building, data analysis or visualization, and workflow automation using low-code/no-code platforms or comparable tools.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering working solutions into production for ongoing customer use.
  • Ability to write, explain, test, and troubleshoot basic scripts or platform expressions.
  • Experience connecting applications to data sources using connectors, APIs, web services, or similar methods.
  • Practical proficiency with prompt engineering and AI tools, including creating reusable projects or agents and evaluating their outputs.
  • Experience developing and executing unit, application, and regression tests, diagnosing bugs, and resolving defects.
  • Working knowledge of usability, accessible visualization, and Section 508 requirements.
  • Experience working in an Agile team.
  • Ability to communicate with customers about requirements, application behavior, and defects.
  • Experience documenting application configuration, workflows, and support procedures.
