East West Rail is a nationally significant railway project which aims to deliver much-needed transport connections for the vibrant communities between Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge. Role Summary: This is a unique opportunity to turn strategy into reality, leading the development of the operational model that will underpin a safe, reliable and customer-focused railway. You'll lead the creation of the Joint Concept of Operations (JCOO) , bringing together train service delivery, customer experience, accessibility and command & control into one integrated operating model.
