We support hybrid working.

You turn big, ambiguous customer questions into clear growth strategies that people can act on.

You’re curious, commercially minded and comfortable joining the dots between what customers say, what they do and what the data tells us. If you enjoy shaping evidence into confident decisions, this is an opportunity to influence some of easyJet’s most important customer propositions.

The opportunity

As Strategy Manager, Customer Value, you’ll tackle major product questions across areas such as seating, bags, premium products, and propositions for specific customer groups. You’ll frame the challenge, bring together evidence from across the business and create a clear strategy, roadmap and business case.

Your work will balance customer value, commercial opportunity and the wider impact on the business. You’ll give digital product and customer marketing teams the direction they need to build and deliver with confidence.

“This role is for someone who loves getting underneath a complex question and finding the clearest path forward. You’ll bring together insight, data and commercial thinking, then turn it into a strategy that teams can genuinely use.”

Head of Customer Value, easyJet

The team & culture

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Customer Experience, Operations, Insight, Measurement and Analytics. It’s a highly collaborative environment where constructive challenge is welcomed and clear thinking helps different teams align around the right customer and business outcomes.

At easyJet, our Orange Spirit means being bold, welcoming and always real. You’ll have the space to ask difficult questions, test assumptions and help teams move from ideas to well-evidenced choices.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll act as the starting point for big growth strategy questions, working with stakeholders to define the problem, set clear boundaries and establish the hypotheses that need testing.

You’ll write focused briefs for Insight, Measurement and Analytics, making sure the question, scope and assumptions are clear enough for specialist teams to act on directly.

You’ll compare research, customer behaviour and commercial data, surfacing where the evidence agrees and where it creates tension. From there, you’ll define the vision, measurable objective, target customer and priority areas for each topic.

You’ll turn the evidence into a prioritised roadmap and quantified business case, then provide clear direction to digital product and customer marketing teams while staying engaged through delivery.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring experience in strategy or product marketing, ideally involving propositions, ancillaries or comparable commercial offers in travel, retail or another fast-moving consumer business.

You’re a strong strategic and analytical problem solver who can structure an ambiguous challenge, work confidently across qualitative research, measurement frameworks and behavioural or commercial data, and explain where different evidence sources conflict.

You can write sharp, practical briefs and synthesise complex findings into a growth strategy, rather than simply presenting analysis. You’ll also be confident influencing stakeholders across commercial, customer, proposition and operational teams.

Experience with airline ancillaries, customer value frameworks, segmentation, incrementality measurement or central analytics teams would be useful, but it isn’t essential. You’ll also be comfortable using AI-assisted research tools and judging whether sources are reliable enough to inform decisions.

What you’ll get

  • Competitive base salary + up to 20% bonus
  • 7% employer pension contribution
  • Private medical insurance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
  • Excellent staff travel benefits
  • Flexible benefits package including share schemes
  • Diversity isn't a checkbox — it's how we fly
  • The best customer strategies come from different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking. Whatever your background, if you can bring curiosity, sound judgement and a fresh point of view to complex questions, we’d like to hear from you.
